Thank you so much for your service and for keeping us and our country safe, it is very much appreciated. I wish you good health and happiness especially at Christmas and I want you to know that I am happy to help in any way I can, even if it is just a message like this. I cannot pretend to even imagine what you have been through and are still going through but I am always here to listen to you, and because I work in mental health, I understand that part of your pain. Take care of yourselves.
