Thank you for my freedom, and the sacrifice you gave, for all of you that suffer from PTSD by husband and son went through this both serving 23 years both RSM,s, their is no shame in this condition whatsoever, just talk to someone, open up, you may (excuse the expression be a hairy arsed hard squaddy) but you are a also a human being that has memories that need to be released, don't bottle it up, just talk, my husband did as my boy, their was a light at the end of a tunnel and they found it,
