A big thank you is never enough and you have done so much keeping us all safe but if your sitting there feeling down or in pain, remember there is help out there. So please no matter how you are feeling ask your GP or someone you know where you can get support and look forward to 24 being a better year ! These are not just empty words or wishes. I have not been in any services but I have had a lot of health challenges and wondered if I would ever enjoy life again but this year I am xx
