I hope you manage to have a good Christmas and realise that your service is an amazing gift you have given to us. I understand that life in the armed services can be very hard but life in civi street is so different from life in service and both can cause huge stress. Reaching out for help is scary but if you need help please reach out and talk to someone. We will help you as you have helped us. Life is very precious and you are loved. Thank you.
