Thousands of veterans will spend this Christmas lonely and isolated.  Battling mental trauma. In constant pain. Living with disability.

Merry Christmas to all my fellow vets. Sometimes it's difficult, people don't have the mindset you do, so it gets frustrating. Lean on each other when it's tough, laugh when you can and always look forward using the skills you've learnt from the past. Your biggest asset of getting on with it, is often a weakness. Sometimes you just need to say "I'm having a sh*t day". Remember that feeling of your neck in the back of your collar, marching forward, not lookin down, be proud & Merry Christmas.
