I don't know who will read this but I would like you to know you are not alone. I know that life is hard and lonely even in a crowded room no one knows or appreciate what you're feeling in that moment. Others have and are going through their own troubles too. Please have the best Christmas you can and I hope with all my heart you have a healthy and happy knew year.
