To all of you who are struggling at the moment. I want you to know that there are many people who honour and respect the sacrifice you have made for your country. It takes a very brave man or woman to face the things that you have and most of us will never be able to truly understand what you have been through. I just want you to know that so many people will be thinking of you and hoping that you can find some peace with the things you are struggling with. My thoughts are with you all. xx
