My dad was a CSM. He joined up aged 17 to the West Kent's before WW2. He did the North Africa campaign. Whilst there, his father (who was in the West Yorkshires) was killed in Northern France. Dad stayed in the army for 25years. He's gone now but I cannot thank all our servicemen and women enough for their service. Dad named me so my initials are CSM (Christina). Words are not enough as soldiers definitely do not do the job for money, it is s duty, way of life and belief. God bless you all. Xx
