It's hard knowing what to say but here goes. I hope you are able to cope and find peace especially at this time of year, my heart goes out to you and you manage to get all the help and support you need. Whether you live with family or not It's possible to feel all alone, but please try and remember that people are thinking about you and thank you for your service.
