I am sorry that after giving service to your country you find yourself lonely at this time of year. My father was a soldier (KSLI) in the late 1920s and enlisted again in 1939, his health was badly affected at Anzio. It can be difficult to get reach out, but there are many who would be proud to befriend you. I hope you will find some comfort in this season and remember that I will be thinking of you and wishing you a brighter new year 🥰
