Hi, my name is Tina, I just wanted to send a message at this hard time of year. Not everyone is lucky enough to be with loved ones. You guys are brave and have been through things, most of us can never imagine. The after affects of mental or physical trauma, must be so hard. Not enough is done to support you all when you return to normal life. Always remember, there is support out there when you are feeling low. I would like to send good wishes to you at Xmas.
