You may feel you are alone but rest assured there are so many people out there who care and want to help and support you. All you have to do is reach out. Hiding your sadness behind a smile is what we all do, but you need to be brave one more time and you will find those who care. YOu have been so brave all your life, and each day still feels like a battle but keep on plodding on and allow others to help. You are worthwhile, you are enough, you are worth it. I wish you a happy future!
