Sat here in rainy Manchester UK. Only thanks to you and people like you do I have that privilege. Loneliness is a killer !! Talk and talk and talk some more. Take all the opportunities to be with loved ones. Say yes to the invites and actually go ( even if it feels like putting your head in a blender). Just do it!. Get a dog ,hell....get two haha talk to them . Sending much love x
