Thank you for the sacrifices you made. And thank you for being you. Just because they say Xmas is about family, it doesn't mean you can't look after you. Give yourself that chocolate or extra piece of pudding. Give yourself that relaxing bath or have a massage. You are worth it. You have made a difference. You are a wonderful, kind person. Don't ever let the darkness in the world ruin the light you have already shone for so many people. Big hugs.
