Stand tall, stand proud each and everyone of you. Without your selfless duty we would not be safe at home. In times of darkness, loneliness or just despair reach out to those who will always care. The British Legion, Help for heroes or SSAFA to name but a few. It’s ok to not be smiling and having fun at Christmas time, it’s ok to enjoy your family and friends now, it’s ok to raise a glass to those no longer around, it’s ok to just be you xx Find peace where ever you be
