Hello As an ex-wife of an ex-serving Officer in the RAF, I fully understand the ways of Military life when home and more so the loneliness when on detachment. I also understand life away from Military life so please know you are not alone you have served your country with honour and are just amazing in all you did and that you still do. Please don't feel you are alone, I don't know who will read this but I will be thinking of you. Hugs and take care xx
