Thinking of you all who are finding life difficult at the moment. Christmas can be so difficult for you. Missing the comrades you served with and having that typical squaddie banter. Thinking of those you have lost and feeling that no-one cares or understands. Thank you for serving our country in whatever situation. You are not forgotten. I know it is difficult but please try and ask for help, taking the first step is the hardest of all. Love and peace to you all
