I wanted to reach out to someone who has served and now find themselves alone or just isolated. Your effort and sacrifice is a thing to be proud of and I wish your circumstances were better - but please know that there are people out there who do care and if were near you would want to tell you how much you are valued. I am a disabled pensioner and whilst I have not served I have lived some years alone cut off through ill health - so I know loneliness. just remember you are remembered.
