I hope this message finds you all well? I know life can be a bit s**t and seem like an uphill struggle, but please know that you are not on your own, there are so many people out there who will listen and give their time, I am certainly one of them.. Too many lives are lost due to trauma and PTSD, just know that there are support services out there. you did us proud, please don't ever forget that. EVER!! Merry Christmas form mine to your, regardless of what that looks like. xxx
