I know that this time of year is often even harder than other times. I hope you find shelter and warmth if you don’t have it. I also hope that if you find yourself in that dark place that you will see the light somewhere. Remember that there are always people who will help so please speak out and ask. Please please look after yourself the best you can and know that I for one will be thinking of you wherever you are. Here is a photo of my lovely Luna to hopefully give you a smile xx
