Firstly, thankyou for your service, you helped make our world better. It's at times like these when you feel lost and alone that you need to remember,you are loved and important even if you don't feel it. You can get through this difficult season by reaching out to various charities for help and support. Don't feel bad or ashamed, we all need help at some point. You may not be able to change the past but you are in charge of writing your future, make it count. You deserve to be happy xx
