Merry Christmas and thank you. Thank you, for everything you have done, for everything you have given us, and for everything you have sacrificed. I am so proud of you. You have kept us safe. My late father was in WW2. Please don't think that you don't have anyone to talk to. Please, if you can, reach out to organisations that may be able to support you. I can't comprehend what you have been through, but, there are organisations about. If you can't talk, just go for a tea or a coffee xx
