My friends lost their son this year, and his children lost their wonderful dad. Please, please ask for the help you deserve in your time of need. We are all devastated by this loss, to see his family so sad and suffering. There is so much help available and we want to make life better for those who struggle. I'm thinking of you at this specially difficult time of year, each and every one of you who served and needs support. We thank you, reach out, don't be alone any more. Best wishes x
